Madison & Maryn, Founders of Sorority Rush Ready
Freshman year roommates. Rush week survival partners. Now co founders.
Our story began during the very first week of college, when we were freshman roommates at a big SEC school. We were both about to go through sorority recruitment, and like most girls, we had no idea what to expect.
So we did what any slightly nervous but excited freshmen would do. We prepared together.
We shared tips we heard from friends, advice from sisters and moms, stories from older girls, and yes, even a few random internet articles that honestly weren't too helpful. We practiced conversations in our dorm room, laid outfits across our twin XL beds, and tried to figure out what recruitment would actually feel like.
During rush week, we were there for every part of it: opening schedules each morning, getting through the long days, and processing everything afterward. We celebrated the highs, leaned on each other through the stressful moments, and made it to Bid Day feeling relieved, excited, and proud of ourselves.
But our experience didn't stop there.
Once we were on the other side of recruitment, we finally saw how the process really worked. We saw the months of preparation that happen long before rush week even begins, and how much thought goes into every single decision. During recruitment week, when we were recruiting girls ourselves, we would come together at night talking about rush crushes, tough cuts, and the girls we absolutely loved but couldn't always keep.
That's when everything clicked.
There was so much we wish we had known before recruitment. So much that could have been explained more clearly, and so much confidence we could have built earlier.
So three years ago, we started Sorority Rush Ready! Because every girl deserves to walk into recruitment week feeling 100% prepared, confident, and supported! We are so excited you are here!!

Hi, I am Maryn, co-founder of Sorority Rush Ready.
I was the first in my family to go through sorority recruitment, which meant I walked into rush with almost no real guidance. Everything I knew came from random online searches, bits of advice from friends, and guessing what chapters might be looking for.
Recruitment was emotional, exciting, overwhelming, and life changing all at once. After experiencing both sides of the process, I realized how much strategy and preparation truly matter.
I am naturally calm, thoughtful, and detail oriented. I love helping girls craft their stories in a way that feels authentic but polished. I love reading fun new books, discovering new brunch spots with the girls, and anything in green or blue.
When I am coaching you, I want you to feel heard, understood, and completely supported. My goal is always to help you feel confident without ever feeling like you have to change who you are.

Hi! I'm Madison, co-founder of Sorority Rush Ready.
Unlike Maryn, I actually had family members who had been through sorority recruitment. But one thing I learned quickly is that recruitment is always changing. It looks different at every school, and even year to year the process evolves.
The advice I was given was so well intentioned, but honestly, a lot of it felt outdated and not nearly as helpful as I needed it to be at the moment. Once I went through recruitment myself, and later got to be on the other side recruiting girls, I saw firsthand just how strategic and detailed the process really is!
I'm outgoing, high energy, and I love helping girls feel confident in their conversations and truly prepared walking into each round. You can usually find me at a workout class, on a long walk with friends, or wearing pink and orange whenever I can!
More than anything, I want recruitment to feel exciting for you, not overwhelming. You deserve to walk into every round feeling prepared, supported, and confident.
We both went through recruitment at a large SEC school. We experienced the nerves, the tears, the excitement, and the friendships that came from it. We also saw all of the behind the scenes of how chapters make decisions.
After realizing how much we learned from being on both sides, we knew we wanted to give girls the preparation we wished we had.
Sorority Rush Ready was created to build confidence, remove confusion, and give you clarity before recruitment even begins.
Think of us as your big sisters who have already done it, seen it, and are here to prepare and guide you every step of the way! We cannot wait to meet you!!
