3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sorority Rush Ready.

If you are under 18, you represent and warrant that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service, to submit information and content, and to enter into these Terms on your behalf (or that your parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf where required).

4. Accounts and Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, purchase, book services, or submit forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account (if applicable) and for all activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our gross negligence or security failure.

You agree to update your information promptly when it changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe information is false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive, or if use of the service violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Payments

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges at the time of purchase. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Pricing

Prices, fees, and product descriptions are subject to change at any time before you complete a purchase. Price changes do not apply retroactively to purchases you have already completed.

Taxes

You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes applicable to your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect and remit them and have stated that clearly at checkout.

6. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Digital products

All sales of digital products (including guides, checklists, PDFs, templates, and other downloadable or streamable materials) are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Access may be delivered immediately or shortly after payment; by purchasing, you acknowledge that digital delivery may begin before any statutory withdrawal period expires where permitted by law.

Services (consultations, reviews, deliverables)

  • Once work has begun or a deliverable has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • If you request cancellation before work has begun, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund depending on the product and circumstances.

Appointments

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be non-refundable unless we state otherwise at booking.
  • Rescheduling may be permitted when we offer it and when you provide reasonable advance notice as described in the booking flow or confirmation.

Events

Event tickets, passes, or registrations are non-refundable unless we specify a different policy on the event page or at checkout. We may reschedule or cancel events; if we cancel, we will provide the remedy stated at purchase or a reasonable alternative (such as credit or refund) where required by law.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at our sole discretion. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

7. User Content

You may submit content such as photos, videos, resumes, text responses, and other materials ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit User Content and to grant the license below.

You grant Sorority Rush Ready and Collegemate LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely as needed to provide the services you request, including creating deliverables, providing feedback, improving our offerings, and operating our business as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you delete your account or request deletion where applicable, we will handle User Content according to our Privacy Policy and operational capabilities.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be the state and federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

This Section does not limit either party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where required to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
